FRONT DESK / CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE

You are the face of FACEPOP! You will help check clients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments and schedule future appointments. You’ll facilitate all aspects of the Facepop experience for our clients, both existing and new!

Additional duties include answering phones, performing a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the front room is clean and welcoming. Our front desk team ensures clear, excellent communication and support for our clients, assisting with scheduling appointments as well as checking guests in and out. They also assist with educating clients and product sales as well as providing support with any in-house events!

Esthetician/ skin therapist role

Our Skin Therapists are trained in DMK & Face Reality. We pride ourselves in educating our clients on what is going on with their skin and setting them on a skin journey. If you love education and helping people feel confident in their skin then this is the place for you! We are looking for someone who is a team player, is excited to learn and has a flexible schedule. Experience is a plus but not mandatory. MUST have a license in the state of Florida.
